Ashatva accepts orders for local delivery based on serviceability and product availability. Delivery timelines are shared or confirmed after the order is placed.
All orders are prepared with care. Freshly milled and food products cannot be returned once delivered, except when the delivered item is incorrect, damaged, or unusable at the time of delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and product photos. We will review the concern and offer a replacement, correction, or refund where applicable.
Cash on Delivery is supported. Refused deliveries or incomplete addresses may lead to order cancellation.
